  • Condition: Very good gently used condition. Salad Plates: 1 has a few tiny use marks, the others have 1 or 2 marks or none. Torte Plate: there is a cluster of cut marks in the center, and smaller clusters in 6 areas around the plate (most likely where the torte was cut!) See photos #6, #7 for examples. No chips, cracks or other damage on any of the plates or platter. Please use the zoom tool and take a close look at all photos as they are an important part of the description.

    Pattern: Canterbury (Heavy Pressed)
    Dates: 1939-1955
    Made in Pittsburgh, PA - Purchased Through Bleazbys Brothers Store in Detroit, Michigan as a Wedding gift in 1955

    6-Lobe Scalloped Rims (Floral Pattern) With 6 - Lobe/Petal Shapes as Foot of Plates
    Each Salad Plate Measures: 7 7/8"diameter
    Each Salad Plate Weighs: ~13 ounces
    Torte Plate/Platter Measures: 15 3/8"diameter
    Torte Plate/Platter Weighs: 3 pounds, 11.6 ounces
    Condition:
    Very good gently used condition.
