: Winner will receive the
exact set of 2
Fostoria #5099 champagne / tall sherbet glasses shown in the photographs. They feature colorless crystal “waterfall” stems with color changing “Wisteria” bowls. The bowls also have vertical optic ribs. The Wisteria bowls change to pale blue underneath fluorescent lights and change back to lavender purple underneath normal/natural and incandescent lights. Designed by art-deco period industrial designer George Sakier and manufactured in the 1930s.
Size
: ~6-1/8” tall x 4-1/8” diameter rim
Condition Report
: Used. Very good condition for its age, no chips, no cracks. One flaw, a very small frit/sharpness on the outside rim of one (see last photo). This vintage set of 2 has no significant damages, but may show light use-wear consistent with age and prior usage.
As always due to age and prior usage, the item may have slight imperfections such as minor scuffs, scratches, trim wear, and/or slight manufacturing defects.
