In excellent condition, with no damage, no repairs, no chips and no cracks. This small Ball Pitcher stands 8 inches tall (to top of handle) and 6 inches wide and holds 32 oz.  In all my years of dealing with Depression Glass, I have never seen a 64 oz. ball pitcher like this one.  It is in excellent condition, but look at the last picture, t

is the right side of the spout.  It looks to be rough, but it is smooth as can be, but a little uneven.  It had to be made this way. It is very hard to see, but wanted to mention it.    Please ask any questions that you might have. I am sorry that this item was originally listed incorrectly as a 32oz, pitcher.
