elegant crystal 2-handled
Bon Bon, 5" plate
, made by the Fostoria Glass Company 1939-1945).  It measures 5" across the top, 2 1/2" tall (at the top of the handles) and 6 1/4" across the flat part of the plate.
Has utensil 5-6 marks/scratches, shows in photos
