This is the Fostoria Glass #2496 Sweetmeat in Azure Blue MEADOW ROSE etch. It is 6 inches square and is 1 3/4 inches tall. It has no chips.  4 ground and polished feet. Produced in this pattern and color from 1936 - 42.
