We are offering a Fostoria FAIRFAX 10 1/2" topaz / yellow dinner plate,
which is in great condition without chips, cracks, dark marks or staining. It has very few very fine scratches and appears to have been seldom used.  OUR .95 SHIPPING IS GOOD FOR SHIPPING TO THE CONTIGUOUS 48 STATES.   ALL OTHERS PLEASE WRITE FOR SHIPPING COSTS.   Some items we will ship internationally but only through eBay's International shipping program.    Most of our items are shipped Priority
Mail, but some large or heavy items are shipped UPS Ground.   We are happy to combine purchases where possible to save on shipping costs.

Shipping:
Request for special packing and shipping may be honored but will result in an additional charge.  If your shipping address is to an address outside the continental United States, shipping will be determined by the location to which item is being shipped.
Duties and Taxes:
If you purchase from multiple listings, and hold payment, we will combine your orders for a single shipment. Florida residents must pay sales taxes.  All Duties, Tariffs, Import Fees and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
Insurance:
The parcel may be insured up to the cost of the purchase.
Warranty:
Items are guaranteed as described.  Assume normal, minor use marks and wear unless we describe the items as "MINT".  If you are unhappy with the item/s, we must be contacted within three days of receipt of the package. Item/s may be returned only after our approval. Returned item/s must reach us within 30 days of return approval.  We will refund the purchase price for the item but will not assume responsibility for original or return shipping/insurance fees. If an inventory discrepancy prevents fulfillment, we will offer either a refund or a reasonable substitute for any missing pieces.
A refund is your only option if a substitute is not acceptable. Return of any item for any reason except "not as described" will be subject to a 20% restocking fee
