CONDITION:
This lovely Duncan and Miller blue vase is one of the largest of the Caribbean vases. It is listed as a 10" vase but actually only measures 9 1/2" due to the way the top was crimped. This style vase came in three sizes -- 6" 8" and 10."  It is hard to convey the size of this one in just a photograph, but it is huge. We have checked each rib (wavy lines) on the vase and have found this piece to be in
UNDAMAGED CONDITION WITHOUT CHIPS, CRACKS, REPAIRS OR MOLD DAMAGE.
The pattern is beautiful and deep.  The color is rich. The vase is nice and clean both inside and out, without residue from use.  This lovely piece is sure to be one of your very favorite pieces of Duncan and Miller's Caribbean.

(amber, cobalt, crystal, sapphire blue, ruby) There is no question about where the name "Caribbean" came from. These pieces with their wave-like pattern look like the ocean, especially in Sapphire Blue. This pattern is a challenge to collect. The wavy ribs are easily damaged so each piece needs to be checked thoroughly for damage. Putting together a set of this lovely pattern is well worth the hunt.
