    I only ship to the address shown as the ship to address when you make payment. I will not ship to an alternate address you might try to provide via email. This is a fraud prevention measure.     Insurance is included for packages valued up to 0. For any items that sell over that amount, extra insurance costs will be added to the invoice shipping costs.
